How it works

Browse. Claim. Enjoy.

Three steps between you and a free sample. No fees, no purchase, no card required by My Sample Search.

  1. 1

    Browse the sample catalog

A daily-updated list of samples from sponsoring brands and retailers — skincare, food, family, tech, wellness, and more. What's live today is what shows up.

    Takes a few seconds

  2. 2

    Claim what interests you

Pick a sample, tell the sponsoring brand where to send it, and follow any short brand-specific steps. Some offers ask for a short profile or a quick signup so the brand can fulfill.

    One offer at a time

  3. 3

    Get your sample

The sponsoring brand ships or delivers based on the offer. My Sample Search never charges you — no card is entered, no dollars come out of your pocket.

    Brand handles delivery

Sample availability, eligibility, and shipping timelines vary by brand and change over time. Some sample offers involve a short account signup with the sponsoring brand — that's always stated on the offer itself, and it's always your choice whether to claim it.

How samples get to you

The sponsoring brand fulfills — not us

My Sample Search is the discovery layer. When you claim a sample, you're handed off to the sponsoring brand's own fulfillment path, which usually looks like one of three things.

A physical sample ships

Trial-size or full-size product goes in the mail. The brand needs your name and shipping address to send it, and sometimes a short profile so they only ship what's relevant to you.

A digital freebie is delivered

Free menu item at a restaurant, in-store credit at a retailer, digital coupon, or a promotional code. Delivered by the brand through email or their loyalty channel — no shipping needed.

A quick account signup unlocks it

Some sponsoring brands run their sample through their own loyalty program or trial signup. You create the account with the brand — not with us — and the brand fulfills from there.

Where My Sample Search sits

We're the discovery and routing layer. We show you what samples are available today, we match you to offers that fit your location and profile, and we hand you off to the sponsoring brand. We are not the fulfillment party — the sponsoring brand is — which is why questions about shipping, timing, or the sample itself should go to the brand first.

Transparency

How we make money, in plain language

Sponsoring brands and advertisers pay us when consumers claim their sample offers on the platform. Compensation is typically per claim, per completed signup on the brand's side, or as a flat sponsorship — set by the brand, not by us. Consumers never pay us, and no card is charged when you claim a sample here.

Things we will never do

  • Charge consumers to claim a sample or use the platform
  • Tell you you've won a prize you haven't earned
  • Use fake countdowns or invented "last chance" deadlines
  • Hide what a sample offer requires until after you've started it
  • Make it hard to unsubscribe or to reach a human

Disclosure. My Sample Search is compensated by the brands and advertisers whose sample offers appear on the platform. Compensation does not affect whether an offer is listed, its position, or its terms — those are decided by the brand.

Contact us
Is My Sample Search free to use?

Yes. Browsing the platform and claiming sample offers costs nothing to consumers. There is no membership fee, no card required by us, and no subscription. Sponsoring brands may run their own account signups as part of a sample offer — those are always stated on the offer before you start.

Who actually ships the sample?

The sponsoring brand does. My Sample Search is the discovery and routing layer — we show you what samples are available, match you to offers you're eligible for, and hand you off to the sponsoring brand. From that point on, the brand handles the sample: shipping, delivery, or digital fulfillment.

Do I have to buy something?

No purchase is necessary to claim a sample on the platform. A small number of sponsoring brand offers may include a paid trial or a paid-shipping component — those are labelled up front on the offer, and you can pick a different sample instead. Which offers are available depends on eligibility.

Why do some samples ask for my info?

Physical samples have to ship somewhere and be addressed to someone. Brands may ask for a shipping address, an email, a phone number, or a short profile so they can send the right sample to the right person. You're providing that info to the sponsoring brand, through us. Digital freebies usually need less — often just an email.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

It depends on the sponsoring brand. Physical samples typically ship within a few weeks; digital freebies often arrive by email within a day or two. When shipping timing matters, the offer usually gives an estimate — but the brand's own communication is the authoritative timeline.

What do you do with my information?

We use your info to route sample claims to the sponsoring brand, to communicate about the platform, and to improve the offers we show you. We don't sell personal info outside of the sample fulfillment path you opted into. The privacy policy is the authoritative description, and California residents can use our CCPA page to exercise their rights.

How does My Sample Search make money?

Sponsoring brands and advertisers pay us — typically per sample claim, per completed signup on their end, or as a flat sponsorship. That's the whole model. Consumers never pay us anything, and no card is charged when you claim a sample here. Full detail is on the disclosures page.

How do I stop hearing from you?

Use the unsubscribe page and you're removed from our marketing messages. One click, no reason required. Sponsoring brands you've signed up with have their own unsubscribe controls on their side.
